Annabel Beaumont, joins DSV UK as graduate marketing assistant in June.
She has been studying for a BSc (Hons) Agri-business at Harper Adams University for the past four years, which sparked her interest in pursuing a career in agricultural marketing. Prior to joining the DSV UK team, Annabel has worked in the agricultural industry and also has experience working on both dairy and horticultural farms. Her placement year was spent with Grandstand Stoneleigh Events, with involvement in the marketing of the British Pig & Poultry Fair and Grassland & Muck Event, learning a lot about the companies involved in the industry.
Annabel grew up on a smallholding in Leicestershire, and spent most of her childhood showing ponies. Her passion for agriculture began when she was 16 years old and she joined her local young farmers club. Annabel is excited to begin her graduate career with DSV UK and is looking forward to the projects and challenges that the position can provide. Annabel will join our team at the Cereals event, hopefully making lots of new contacts and meeting like-minded people within the industry.
