Eurograss, the amenity mixture brand from DSV UK has launched its new cool season over-sowing mixture – Pro Rapid Repair.
A 100% Ryegrass mixture, Pro Rapid Repair has been created with the sports and landscape/DIY market in mind. It has been designed to provide optimum germination in soil temperatures as cool as 3.5 degrees centigrade. This has been achieved through the inclusion of 50% Tetrasport, Tetraploid Perennial Ryegrass and 50% Promotor, Perennial Ryegrass. Promotor, although a diploid ryegrass, consistently germinates and performs better than the average diploid ryegrass under cool temperatures. Pro Rapid Repair also boasts excellent winter colour and disease resistance.
